2. Currency and Pricing

Product prices and any applicable charges are displayed during the shopping and checkout process before you place an order. Please review the final order total before confirming your purchase.

If your payment method uses a currency different from the currency charged at checkout, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or transaction fees. These charges are determined by the relevant provider and are outside our control.

3. Payment Authorization and Processing

When you place an order, your selected payment method may be subject to authorization and verification by the relevant payment provider. An order may require successful payment authorization before it can be processed.

Depending on the payment method, a temporary authorization hold may appear on your payment account or statement. The timing of payment authorization, capture, and settlement may vary according to the payment method and provider procedures.

TTLSHOP generally processes orders within 1–3 business days after an order is placed and the required payment authorization is confirmed. Order processing time is separate from shipping time.

4. Order Changes and Split Shipments

If an order requires separate shipments or a change to its fulfillment arrangements, applicable information will be communicated where necessary. Any additional charge must be disclosed and authorized as required by applicable law.

If you believe your order has been charged more than once or the amount charged does not match your order confirmation, please contact us with your order details so we can review the issue.

5. Payment Processors and Data Security

Payments are processed through the payment methods and service providers available at checkout. Payment-related information may be handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.

We take reasonable steps to support a secure shopping experience. However, payment processing and the handling of payment credentials may depend on the systems and security measures of the applicable payment providers.

For your protection, please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to our customer support team by email or phone.

6. Failed Transactions and Billing Inquiries

If a payment is declined or a transaction fails, please check that the information entered is correct and that your payment method is valid. You may also contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for further assistance, or select another available payment method at checkout.

If you notice a suspected duplicate charge, an incorrect transaction amount, or an unfamiliar charge related to an order, please contact TTLSHOP with the relevant order information so we can review the matter.

7. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our applicable Return and Refund Policy and relevant consumer protection laws.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 business days, subject to the applicable return policy. Once an eligible return has been received and approved for processing, return processing generally takes 1–3 business days.

TTLSHOP does not charge a restocking fee. TTLSHOP covers shipping costs associated with refunds regardless of the reason for the refund, in accordance with the applicable return and refund policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method where possible. After a refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

8. Installment Payments and Recurring Payments

Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible purchases, subject to the payment provider's requirements and the options displayed at checkout.

If you choose an installment payment option, the applicable payment schedule, eligibility requirements, and other terms will be presented by the relevant provider before you agree to use that option. Any installment arrangement is subject to the provider's terms and approval.

This Payment Terms page does not enroll you in a subscription or recurring payment arrangement. If any such arrangement is offered in connection with a particular purchase in the future, its applicable terms will be presented before you agree to it.

9. Shipping and Order Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 6–9 business days after processing, and the estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days.

Free shipping is available throughout the United States. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
